medium apples
peeled, cored and sliced
1/2
cup
butter or coconut oil
softened
3/4
cup
coconut sugar
1/2
cup
coconut or almond flour
cinnamon

tbsp
water
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Place peeled and sliced apples into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
Sprinkle water over the apples.
Generously sprinkle cinnamon over the apples.
In a medium mixing bowl combine butter, coconut sugar, and flour and mix with a pastry blender.
Pour coconut sugar and flour mixture over the apples and press down gently.
Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
